Digital Keys Box was awesome to work with. After my purchase, I found Office already on my new laptop. They helped me figure out that it was a trial, subscription version, and helped me uninstall it and made sure that the one time purchase version that I bought from them was securely installed. They were most helpful!

I was upgrading 2 computers from Windows 10 Home to WIndows 10 Pro. One product key worked and computer updated perfectly, the 2nd key did not work and I got error messages. I opened a chat window and was put in touch with Milana within 1 minute. I explained the problem to her, the first option she gave me did not work, but a different product key did work. She was knowledgeable and provided quick service. I'm pleased with my purchase.
