Sizing is so wrong. Way to small and place can I find any way to return the parodic and get my money back.

Quite honestly I was very disappointed with your company. I ordered 4 designs, which cost $48. When the final total went through the cost was close to $80, because the $48 was USD. I wasn’t aware of this and if I had been aware of this I would never have purchased the designs. When I saw this I immediately messaged “Cindy” back about this she told me wasn’t aware of it either. I find it very hard to believe that she didn’t know the cost was USD. In view of the above I will not be ordering from you again.

I have purchased several designs from Cindy, and I absolutely love her work. She is a very talented digitizer! I’m older and sometimes have trouble figuring out certain things, so I had to ask her for help several times. She was always so patient, kind, and helpful with me. I have used several different digitizers in the past, but after finding Cindy, I’ll be sticking with her from now on. I highly recommend her designs and her work—you won’t be disappointed!

The files that were sent had VIRUSES attached to them! Not a good thing for a company to do

The design is pretty but does not stitch out like the sample shown on-line. The sample shows it as being see through like lace and the actual design has cross stitch behind the design.
