The worst experience ever! I asked & paid for a picture to be digitized using one color, I got it w 15 color changes, so they revised using 10 color changes, I told them not what I wanted, & they told be they couldn’t do it & then charged me $35 for revision, I explained they didn’t deliver what I asked for & continued to bill me for over a year threatening to turned me in, I felt bullied into paying a total of $70 for something I could not & didnot use!

I have told this company to stop contacting me via email and phone- I was inundated with calls and emails trying to get another $1 out of me for a design I paid for- each time i give them the payment info and they say they are sorry and will stop- wait- more calls, more emails all from people that can hardly speak english-it still has not ended- over 2 years. I beg them to remove my name and number and email to no avail. This company is terrible- uses others designs and just bad business.
