I bought the RDP and some sites were giving 429 error. When I asked the support about this they said we did not guarantee it and I read their terms and conditions which didn't mentioned these. When I asked them for refund on the same day they started to make lame excuses and forcing me to buy new product. It's been 2 days since I am asking them for a refund and still didn't got it. Edit: They have suspended my RDP and not giving me refund and also they have closed my account. They are literally scam. Never buy from them.

it's a joke they give you bad that is useless and ask you to place a ticket as if that would solve it better go and get another service, this is a scam I update people tell me that it solves the problem if I remove the review it seems that it is a kind of deal. These people do not provide a professional service, they are anyone who offers something and knowing that their service is bad, they want to cover it by blackmailing their users.
