If there were more stars to give Digifeel id press them all. Im a small business owner who just started but have worked for huge companies like Marvel Studios, Warner bros, and Netflix. I take pride in products and customer service very seriously. I have delt with high profiles my whole career of 10 years, so I know what it is to have to be on my A game. Digifeel products not only have given me a better position to bring my brand to the masses but have done it with a team that cares for the customers full satisfaction. I have to thank Gaëlle for the VIP treatment she gave me over emails. I purchased 3 of their NFC plates for google and social media and being a new business owner i have been always on a rush. So I accidentally typed in the wrong address to deliver my purchase. I contacted digifeel immediately and the heavens opened and sent me a customer expert Gaëlle. She responded immediately and made it known she was determined to change the course of my package. I felt like I was in a Movie with a storyline that only catered to me and my package hahaha. Gaëlle thank you and the whole digifeel team for correcting my mistake and getting my package delivered. This company digifeel deserves more stars to be rated by. 5 stars ain't enough when you have a team that have raised the bar for customer service. 5 stars should be a standard now. Thank you again digifeel team for being a 5 star and beyond company. Keep up the outstanding work!
