Thank you for your detailed feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you've experienced. We understand how important it is for your business to receive orders promptly and without issues. Regarding the initial double charge, we’re glad to hear the refund has been processed, but we’re sorry if there was any miscommunication about the cause. We also take your concerns about shipping options and delivery times seriously. While our standard shipping is free, we recognize the need for more flexible options like express delivery, and your feedback is invaluable as we consider future improvements. In terms of the product, we are confident that your tiles will function as intended. Should you encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will resolve them promptly. Lastly, we appreciate your comments about our review visibility. Transparency is important to us, and we’ll review this internally to ensure our customers feel confident in our services. We truly value your business and recommendations and apologize again for falling short of your expectations. Please let us know if there is anything more we can do to assist while we work to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.
