Diecast DirectReviews of diecastdirect.com

I have ordered a few times now from Diecast Direct. It was an international shipping order from the USA to Manchester in the UK. Everything was packaged very professionally and all items in pristine condition. I'm so impressed with the service I came here to leave a review. I'm surprised to see some negative reviews calling this a scam. I was made aware that shipping would be calculated at a later date and includes shipping taxes between the US and UK on top of the standard delivery charges. These charges were communicated and landed separate but they were expected and it's not a scam. People saying otherwise are hurting a legitimate business. This type of issue has actually stopped a lot of companies from shipping to the UK altogether. Thank you to the team for a great service and great communication throughout.

Warning! Do not order from this scam website. They charge exorbitant additional shipping fees and debit your account without your consent or authorization. Do not order from this site; it's a scam.

Purchased 1:43 scale General Lee on the 19th Sep and recieved 14th Oct. Very happy with sales and service. Was a bit weired having to purchase via PayPal. But in the end, I'm very happy with the product and didn't mind waiting. I will buy again as I have a collection of diecasts in mind that I need to complete.

I paid for an order for a vintage toy, i have all the proof and emails proving the same, my money is gone and no update regarding the product or nothing, totally fake, i would sue these bastards.

The worse. Placed order with nothing but troubles. No communication, everything was "back ordered" right after paying, nothing was ever even attempted to be delivered to me. $200 gone until I get my Paypal money back.

After placing an order online with my credit card I received an email a couple days later saying they wouldn't fill the order unless I contacted them, they would then send me a PayPal invoice. I order lots online and internationally, ive never had this before. The font in all their emails kept changing as well.. something feels really off with this business.

Dont buy anything from this website. They will steal your money. Its a scam. Wish I did a research first. I paid them for a toy, and never received it.

I've made about 10 purchases with diecast direct and have been very satisfied. They consistently shipped the correct item very quickly at a reasonable cost. I collect vintage toys, the toys that I received were exactly as pictured. If you can get an item from diecast direct, that you're looking for, you'll find it's a better value than on eBay.
