I ordered 2 d!cks from this company. I received an email confirmation for one and it was delivered on time. Unfortunately I never received a confirmation email about the other one. My card has already been charged. I've emailed them twice and have yet to hear back. I guess my sister won't be receiving a d!ck for Valentine's Day. UPDATE: A rep. emailed me immediately after I posted this review and provided me with tracking information and a very valid excuse (Valentines Day madness) as to why I hadn't received it in the first place. My sister will now get her d!ck and all is right in the world.

This is such a sub site. I’ve ordered multiple times and always with ease. Packages are definitely sent anonymously and are worth all the laughs. Highly recommend!!

Easy check out process and quick to respond wit concerns

I messed up and ordered the incorrect item and unfortunately it was too late to cancel, however the company responded to my email by sending me a gift card in the full amount for the item i wanted to order as a courtesy. So naturally i used the gift card to send another gag gift to a different friend. Customer service was spot on !

I wish Mr. Richards would offer a customer appreciation card for me to stamp each time I purchase from the website. I made an error in my last order and notified DBM and they immediately corrected the order even though the original order did ship to my house. No additional charge for the correction used the extra bomb for my neighbor on Christmas, it was a win-win (well loss for the recipients).

My buddy recently deployed with the US Navy overseas... and while away, seems to be a bit homesick. We miss his jocularity, and I'm sure he misses ours. So, I decided to send him the Blossom Box for Valentines Day. Seeing that it takes approximately 2 weeks to ship to forward deployed military personnel through the US Military mail system.... I'm hoping he gets it right on time for the holiday. Here's to him with a delicious chocolate d*ck! Thanks to the folks who work at D*cks By Mail, for ensuring the shipping invoice and mailing address were correct... I will definitely do business again with them. Great customer service! I placed an order & received shipping notification & tracking number right away. I goofed when I put in the address & forgot the suite # so the package was being returned as incomplete address. I emailed d*cks by mail as soon as I saw the error. I received an email within 24 hours along with a new shipping confirmation. The person who emailed me back didn’t ask me to pay additional shipping costs or put the blame on me - they just said “we’ve corrected the address & shipped a replacement for you”. During the holiday season, I was surprised & pleased to get that type of reply. Thank you D*ck Richards!
