Your product was sent as an harassment vehicle to my daughter here in Canada, I need to find out who the sender is.

Ordered beginning of December for Christmas. Sent 2 seperate orders and neither have arrived. I've sent 6 emails and no response. I have no idea how to get in touch with this company!!!!!

my order still has not arrived and they will not respond to my emails, the tracking information for my order also doesn't work, i have been waiting for over a month for my order update still no email response

I dont know who is writing these reviews but as someone that has been given the run around on an order for over a month, read the bbb reviews. I firmly believe these are false reviews.

Stonewalling Someone "anonymously" sent me one of these to my home in a series of other harassing incidents and the company won't answer my emails. This was not sent in good fun and I had to file a police report. I fully get these as gag gifts, this was not that. Poor customer service. I plan on filing a lawsuit. This could have been avoided.

Though customer service responded rather quickly after my first order was melted… the second shipment was the same issue. I reached out for a refund but no response yet. Shipping chocolate in 100 degree weather without ice packs is a disaster… complete bummer!

This is the only place they will respond to you. they will never write you back, they don't even have a phone number I was charged right away. Never received shipment details and the product was never received. I have sent over 10 emails and not response, no refund. I have filed a fraud complaint with this company. Don't respond here saying it is in my spam mail because it is not. Reply to my emails as professional companies do. AND GIVE ME MY REFUND WARNING DO NOT BUY.
