My first order I sent to my friend in Ohio and she thought it was the funniest thing ever!!! I ordered again recently and accidentally put the wrong house number so I emailed them to see if they could change the address and ship it out again. They got back to me like the next day and said it was no problem. The day after that I got an email saying my order was updated and would be shipping soon. Not only are these great products to surprise people with but they also have awesome, helpful customer service!

I love ordering this product, by this company by mail to play awful tricks on my loved ones. I ordered the coloring book for a friend for their birthday. It came with a bag of gummies but I also live in the desert and all my candy melted into one puddle. This company by mail graciously offered a replacement or something of equal value. Great customer service right there! I’ll be back for more orders for sure! Also, they wouldn’t let me use the d word which is why this review sounds so censored!

Amazing customer service

I will gladly be ordering from them again and telling all my friends where to get a piece of the action. I was very satisfied with the high caliber customer service and couldn’t be more pleased with how thoroughly they met my needs. This review only gives the tip of iceberg when it comes to how great they are.

Made a mistake on the address for shipment. They had no problem with resending my packages. Great to still know there are companies willing to help out without extra fees.

My orignial package got lost in the mail and never made it to it's recipient. It was a gag gift for his birthday, I reached out to DicksByMail to see what they could do and they completely made it right. Communicated with me the whole way, were extremely helpful and sent a whole new birthday box and coloring book to my friend. He actually just got it on 6/10. I was on a conference call with him when he got it, and the laughs ensued for about an hour....10/10 would order from again. I've been ordering from DicksByMail the last few years periodically..point is it's totally worth it, if nothing else than for the laugh!

The perfect gift for the friend that gave you too much sass! Pro Tip: double check that you have entered the shipping and billing address in the correct fields… or you might accidentally ship yourself a chocolate d*ck. If that should happen (yes, that happened 😂), no worries, the customer service team is first class and will quickly resolve. Thank you! I'll be back for sure.
