Excellent customer service, I would definitely buy from them again. I was having a package shipped to my sister for her birthday. Her package was shipped right away except it was a really hot part of summer and unfortunately they melted. My sister got them when she was having a really bad day and the melted gummies made it worse. I sent an email and got a quick response from D....bymail who didn’t even hesitate to ship out another one to her. The new product made her whole day. Thanks again!!!

Excellent customer service and a bag full of laughs!

Working with DBM was a fantastic experience. I messed up and put in the wrong address, and although they shipped before they got my change of address request, Richard reshipped my surprise to its rightful recipient. They were professional and friendly AND they use the USPS so 💯 win in my book. Thanks for such a wonderful experience.

What great customer service! My order was lost in transit and a new shipment was sent out immediately.

They were extremely helpful and made sure I got exactly what I wanted!!

Great gag gift...customer service was terrific when I messed up my order

Very reasonably priced gifts, and they ship quickly!

I purchased this for my brother who underwent back surgery and it was the funniest thing ever! If lifted his spirits and gave him a good laugh (after all laughter is the best medicine). Had a little issue with delivery but it was handled fast and fairly. Would order again!!!
