This company was awesome. I ordered a cup and I ordered the wrong one. I honestly think it was my fault. I emailed this company and asked what we could do so I could get the one I wanted and they sent me the one I wanted and let me keep the other one. That's the kindest any company has been to me. So cool!!!

I had placed an order of eat @$!$ to my ex. I realized I probably shouldn't have done that because he cant take a joke. I emailed dicksbymail n they were so cool and understanding. They cancelled my order with no problems! Im def going to order again but this time I'm sending it to my bestie. She can take a joke! Thank you for being so awesome!!

Love this place! Sent a couple gags to some people. Had to put the brakes on an order, sent an email with a change of address. I was emailed back promptly with awesome customer service! Will order again!

Customer service for this site is insane. I accidently left my phone number on an order (like an idiot) and emailed them to cancel the order before it shipped. I received a response lightning quick and the order was canceled. If that wasn't awesome enough, the staff are very friendly and efficient. They won't waste your time.

Great customer service the Address was incomplete on my part I emailed them the correct Address and they responded the next business day with with a new confirmation number and re shipped my item same day
