I ordered one for my friend who got a promotion and wouldn’t be my partner anymore. So I got the congrats box. Well I ordered the congrats box but what I got was the blossom box. Bummer, right? Well no, I simply replied to the order confirmation email and I actually got a response! In the response, they apologized and said with all the crazy going on with covid and staffing and inventory, mixups happen sometimes. It also said “that’s a dong of a response” and that made me laugh cause who doesn’t love a good dick joke. Anyway, they assured me a new one would be sent out and that’s the kind of customer service I’m looking for. Would definitely order again when I need a perfectly timed “eat a dick” gift.

Wonderful customer service. I had provided the wrong address (what a surprise it would've been for the unknown recipient) and then emailed about changing it and they were very responsive and fixed my error right away.

So the automatic fill in for my order was wrong. I contacted DicksByMail before it was mailed and they changed it right away to the revised address I sent them. Thank you!

Ive bought 3 items from this site and every receiver has loved it! One shipment was unable to be delivered because the apt number was missing and after contacting customer support they promptly sent it to the correct address. Great customer service and products!
