Customer service is quick and responsive. I mistyped an address line and e-mailed them for correction. Address corrected on a Sunday! Love this company. I've placed 6 orders with this D*cks by Mail between October 2020 and March 2021. The spring loaded confetti was discreet and a hit! Looking forward to my next order with them. I ordered one of these drunk to send to somebody I disliked. After waking up in the morning I realized that it would be a huge mistake. I emailed Dick’s by mail and they got back to fast and fixed the problem. Would definitely recommend

Amazing company!!! I ordered and item and of course didn’t have the correct address. The item was returned to the company. They had no problem correcting the address and shipping out again. Will be ordering many more!

I looked at another website first, but this had WAY better in options! Cool that you can choose a card, fallic confetti.... excellent shipping rates and delivery time. Would buy again.
