UPDATE : after a few emails, the company responded and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Rating changed from one star to four. My previous issue was stated below. Again, the company had resolved the issue. It sounds like this is a reoccurring issue. I ordered a chocolate dik and a bag of gummies on the 8th of February. Not only was it not delivered on the 14th, which would have been within the four days their website States, but today, 18th of February, I received only my gummy Dix. There was no chocolate dik deliver to me. My invoice which contained only the gummies even states that there should be a chocolate dik inside. I have tried to contact the website multiple times, but I have yet to receive a response. I sent a tweet to them just now, so I will wait until the end of this week before I call my credit card company to dispute the charge. While this seems like a great idea for a company, not only is their customer service lacking or even non-existent, it seems they have an issue fulfilling orders correctly.

My friend was delighted with her birthday gift! I would have given a 5 star rating, but there was a long delay with the chocolate being sent and I did pay extra for priority mail. I sent an email to inquire about my order, it was sent out promptly with a refund on the postage. I would order again - great customer service.
