I ordered a chocolate dick for my friend as a gag gift for his birthday. When it arrived unfortunately it was melted. I contacted customer service and they were great. They offered to ship out another one or send a non perishable item of equal value. I have ordered items from here before and will continue to do so. They are great with status updates and their customer service is superb.

The customer service team really put in work to make me satisfied with my purchase, even though the address I provided caused USPS to throw my package in the bin. Within an hour the service team took a new address and had another chocolate phallus on its way to the intended target. 10/10 will mail anonymous wieners again.

Great product and even better customer service. I had an error with my address I was sending to and already placed the order. I emailed them and they responded immediately and changed the address for me. You do not find customer service like that anywhere anymore, I'm very thankful!
