Their customer service is awesome! I entered the wrong address and they were quick to offer a fix and reship for free!

I accidentally entered the wrong zip code and when I emailed the company about the issue they answered quickly and fixed it for me. It was delivered pretty fast as well. My only suggestion is that the customer should have the option to send it with full disclosure. I have no problem with my brother knowing I sent that to him, in fact I wanted him to know!!

This was completely hysterical! We got our friend good. Sadly our chocolate gift melted before it arrived (thank you Texas heat!!) But the company responded quickly and helped out. Great products great customer service. Will use again!!

I have used D By Mail several times over the past few years and have always been completely satisfied. Most recently I needed to update a mistake I made on the recipient’s name, after I had already placed the order. I sent an email with my request and received response within 24 hour. You can’t beat that kind of customer service! Will be ordering again.

Exploding glitter in dick form!?! YES PLEASE! I have been wanting a reason to send one to someone for a long time and the time finally came! I ordered one for a friend who needed a laugh. I also placed an order for myself to keep some on hand- you never know when the petty urge will strike :) I did place 2 orders at the same time and the addresses did get smashed together. Luckily I noticed it quickly and contacted customer service. Let me tell you- they ROCKED IT!!! Great communication, speedy resolution, and super friendly. Cannot wait for the fun to begin!!
