DiamondsonwebReviews of diamondsonweb.com

These people went out of their way to make my engagement ring! Always keeping me in the loop with production of the ring.!

I shopped around at several well known on-line diamond sellers and Diamonds On Web provided the best service by far. Other sellers had very outdated on-line diamond inventory information, overseas customer service reps, and would take weeks to have diamonds delivered from overseas partners. DOW, on the other hand, had up to date info, a huge inventory selection, local NA customer service reps, and fast efficient setting installation and shipping. Best of all the price was competitive and the customer reps were very patient and helpful.

I bought an engagement ring / wedding band set and everything came as promised. The rings are beautiful and she is thrilled! I'm happy to have gotten 40% more ring than I would have (for the same money) at one of the national chains.

Explored their website and "ring finder" - worked well. Compared prices with other websites (like Kay, BlueNile, etc.) and found that Diamondsonweb had better prices for similar diamonds. Would recommend their service and use it again.

I was referred by a buddy and I am very pleased with the quality and price. I was nervous spending that much money online but they were great with communication. However they did not send me an email the day it shipped with a tracking number, and that did scare me. I called however, and someone immediately answered the phone and gave me the number. Great company with excellent pricing.

If you want your dream engagement come true, you want to give the girl the diamond she deserves. You really need to go to diamonds on web for a affordable hugest quality diamond. I would recommend buying your diamond from diamondsonweb.com for an easy quick high quality purchase. This is my second engagement diamond purchased here and I have no complaints and only praises.

I purchased a loose diamond from DoW for a setting I had made at a local jewelry store. I was skeptical and worried about buying a diamond online because I thought it would be tough to purchase a diamond without seeing it in person. After a coworkers great recommendation of Diamonds on Web I took the plunge and began searching the site. I wanted to make sure I could see exactly what I purchased before actually buying it. The customer service throughout the process was great - supplying me with GIA reports, live pictures of the diamonds I was looking at, and their opinions on the best diamond and value for my money spent. Overall the customer service, great diamond selection, and competitive pricing kept me interested in Diamonds on Web. The purchase I made turned out to be EXACTLY what I was looking for and has made for an amazing engagement diamond. I'd highly recommend DoW to everyone looking to make a diamond purchase.

We have purchased diamonds a couple times from this company. I won't go anywhere else. Consistently the best quality for the price. Only thing to consider is that even though they offer next day delivery it takes at least a few days for them to ship it out.
