I shopped for a diamond to make an engagement ring on several websites and Diamonds on the Web was the best balance of inventory and price. The service was speedy and fantastically packed. Upon delivery, no one would ever suspect what was inside. The diamond and the ring are gorgeous and a great value. I'm certain my fiancé with be surprised and overjoyed when she gets to see it for the first time

first experience was fantastic, quick and no problems at all. This time has been a nightmare, made order online, 14k rose gold wedding ring set. got email later asking yellow or rose? answered rose. confirmed on Oct 22nd then nothing, no tracking # emailed cust service said sending on thursday Oct. 30, it's nov 1 no tracking #. clicked on help on webpage, got a thank you for your email to royi markowitz's widget? is someone else running DOW? I will keep checking for a couple more days until I get the ring or an answer. I STILL HAVE TO ORDER THE CENTER STONE! now i'm scared....what happened DOW?

DoW has a huge diamond collection making it a perfect place especially when you are looking for a diamond for an engagement ring based on specified criteria (carat weight, clarity, cut, color etc.). The website is very user friendly, and the customer service is great. You will automatically learn very much about diamonds just by browsing the website. On top of that you get great value for money!

I would absolutely use diamond on the web again. The diamond you get for the price is an excellent value! They offer easy financing options which is great! And all the diamonds are certified which is also a huge selling point!
