I received my order thought multiple items were missing. On the first items they had separate bags diamonds for each item that I did not realize were different for each item. The second item was missing some of the items. I have never received such great customer service. Knowledgeable, helpful, quick to respond and resolved by getting me the missing items. Great company to do business with.

I've been getting theses for awhile now they give u more than enough diamonds to cover your spaces even if u loss some and I like w/ ever painting u get a tray and pen w,glue thats great and it also help w/stress and other thing thanks for the lift I love these

My beads and symbols didn’t match and i thought some beads were missing. I was very pleased with the person who was working with me on this. They were very helpful and caring.

Have been using this company for the last 8 months & in that time I have only been disappointed once. I was short of rhinestones from one of the kits. I got in touch with the company & they sent a complete replacement kit, rather than just the rhinestones. One thing I would suggest however, they need to add a few more of the larger rhinestone as I only had enough to finish the pattern.

very pleased with my purchase it came within 10 days, very happy, I will be ordering again from you at some stage, but I have enough to.be getting on with for the time being
