I bought bead pen and never received it. I contacted the company and they said it was lost in route. They are sending me a new one. I can’t be more excited to finally receive it soon

I recently received a kit which had been processed at the manufacturers with a colour bead missing. I contacted Diamond painting gifts, and they contacted the manufacturer and replaced the beads at no cost to me. I received them in the mail yesterday.
