All complaints about delivery times, you do know they are sent from China hence why its so cheap, for the sake of 10-20 pounds for a lovely engraved piece of jewelry why would u even moan, cost me 7.99 for 3 beads engraved with 2 sons and partners names and I'm happy to wait a month for the price, no one is ever happy If ur buying for a present check wetenots coming from before assuming you will just get next day delivery then moan iys not arrived in time, you've known about this birthday since last year so should of ordered sooner haha

I Purchased your names neclace a few years back when I had 2 grandchildren now I have 3 I needed another one.So may need to buy more in the future if the family grows. Both service and necklace are wonderful.Thank You.

I entered the wrong address, and they responded quickly about making the changes. I was very thankful that they were able to work on the changes fast. They were also very quick on giving me updates on my order. The customer service was very helpful and patience with what i needed.

Hello. It was my first order from u'page. Notice u'r page via facebook. But i am very happy to make an order-I got very nice neckle! Thank U!!!!

I ordered a Necklace with my Three sons names on. When it arrived it made me smile. Good Quality and doesn't make my neck go green. Well worth the price you pay.

Absolutely love the quality of the product I love the personalisation I love the colour it’s not a heavy necklace either

My daughter ordered the necklace for my birthday present a couple of days after my birthday on 24th May 2023. However it was taking a long time to arrive and therefore I wrote to Diamofy explaining the situation. They replied stating they had been in touch with the delivery team who stated my necklace was on it's way. Diamomy asked me to wait between 2-4 day's and if it did not arrive contact them again. On the 3rd day it arrived and it was well worth the wait, the necklace is beautiful and the engraving exactly has requested. I will certainly be ordering from Diamofy again. Thank you.
