Order back in beginning of September...after numberous emails still not arrived with 1 day to my daughter's birthday ,. Very disappointed that it has not arrived ,. Wouldn,t recommend

Ordered on 4/27/2022 and got the full order on July 15, 2022. The infinity necklace that I ordered is different from what is shown in their website. I requested to return all my items and get a refund since I am so dissatisfied with their service but they just ignored my emails and no phone number that works. Beware of this company.

I never received my necklace, and I was granted a full refund, but so far, 13 days later, have not received my money back.

Dissatisfied with the quality of the product :(

Order a necklace for my daughter 19 days later still waiting for it spoke to one person said there was a delay when it got to 16 emailed again nobody has bothered to contact me back was a present for mothers day. Ordered same chain from diffrent company delivery in 3 days diamofy are a joke wouldn't be so bad if they had discentse to answer emails.

Shipping takes months and awful customer support. NO REPLY for a month. I have yet to receive my package.
