I travel alot and work abroad in various countries and frequently need to call home or call businesses/banks back home. Previously I would use Skype but since that was discontinued I was left unable to conveniently make any calls. Dialanyone.com filled that gap and works just as good as Skype and is cheaper. Ive not experienced a number I havent been able to call and it's worked exactly as ive needed it to. The browser version is a bit clunky in the sense you can't navigate to another app or tab once on a call, or you'll drop the call. At least that's the experience on my hardware/software setup. This is easily workaroundable you just need any info on hand for the call rather than searching through emails for it. For someone in my position its been a game changer and I reccomend it to everyone I work with. Dont hesitate. If you need to make a call and are struggling, give it a go! It's more than affordable.

Misleading wanted to buy number for poland to receive a message. On webiste it sayed that i wont need verification from THAT country i verified my own id went to buy number and then after i added credits it was written that i actually need an ID from that country. Total scam.

Great idea that only continues to improve. Service has worked well, and really helpful, real-person customer support.

Great service! I’ve been trying to call a landline number in Europe that no other provider could connect to but DialAnyone! It’s also very affordable and Jerry is awesome! Helped me out with formatting the number.

Their website is misleading. Information about their services is worded in a way that gave the impression that I could buy a Thai phone number from Canada and receive calls on it. I had to add over $80 CAD worth of credits to my account to be able to afford a Thai number which I think is a steep price; however, I imminently needed the number. I paid for the credits and went through the process of getting my identification verified only for the next step to be needing proof of identification and residence in Thailand which I obviously don't have. I don't have any other use for their services so I asked their AI chatbot for a refund, to which it answered unused credits could be refunded and it'd connect me to an agent to do so. I sent an email regarding the same thing, too. It took a couple hours to receive a response from the agent, Jerry, through the chat and email, and he didn't even address my refund request at all so I had to ask again but, like before, he didn't respond until several hours later. He said they couldn't refund me. I explained my situation and that their AI chatbot clearly stated I could receive a refund but he wasn't willing to compromise at all. He continually offered for me to save my credits for the future if I need a US/CA number but, as aforementioned, I'm in Canada therefore I've a Canadian number that can be used in the US already, I've no desire to use their services when they didn't even work for me in the first place, and I certainly don't want to continue experiencing their poor customer service. It seems like Jerry's the only one who runs their support and he does a very poor job. Update: Only after posting this review were they willing to give me a refund. It did take a lot of back and forth as they were going to refund me after my review was deleted or changed to be positive. However, given my bad experience with and lack of trust in them, I had to be firm on modifying my review only after I received the refund. I also thought it was in poor taste for Jerry to ask me to delete my review or change it to be positive because, although I eventually received a refund, my bad experience with their business services and customer service still occurred and it'd be dishonest of me, especially when my review could inform other customers so they don't have the same experience.

Great customer service by Jerry! I had an issue where my data eSIM wasn't working only to find out that I didn't turn on data roaming (lol). Anyway, super fast support by Jerry, moving to DialAnyone from Roamless! It's been much better and cheaper overall!

I called a UK number accidently and it costed me 160 credits, Jerry from the support team refunded it in less than 30 mins. The customer service is absolutely awesome!!
