not a scam, but not great quality either
Well, it's not a scam. However, the quality is not great. Every single time I tried to call in a different country I had issues. In many cases they couldn't hear me at all, in others the quality was just bad.

Hi Norman, thanks for the fair review, and sorry the call quality let you down. When the other person can't hear you at all, the usual cause is the browser's microphone permission or another app holding the mic. It's worth checking that first for browser-based calling. Our iOS and Android apps use the phone's own audio and often do better on weak networks. Please email [email protected] with the countries and times of those calls. We can look up each one and see where the audio dropped and issue a refund!
