DialAnyone has been a life saver...
DialAnyone has been a life saver for me. I was able to migrate numbers from Skype easily. The rates are super low for numbers as well as calls. And Jerry is amazing, always pushing the envelope improving site, service, and app. When I send suggestions what to improve, they take it seriously and that means users are being heard!

Great service by the customer support!
Great service by the customer support! I initially had problems setting up a phone number, the customer support helped me with it. Great experience so far.

Setting up a phone number is the step where most questions come up, because each country has its own address and ID requirements before a number can go live, so we are glad support got you through it. Once the number is active it works for calls and SMS from the DialAnyone web dashboard and the iOS and Android apps, with no extra setup. Happy customer that has been with them for the last year
They ported over my US phone number from the defunct Skype, and I've been placing and receiving calls with no issues. Also, very reasonable pricing, and always a quick response from customer service.

not a scam, but not great quality either
Well, it's not a scam. However, the quality is not great. Every single time I tried to call in a different country I had issues. In many cases they couldn't hear me at all, in others the quality was just bad.

Hi Norman, thanks for the fair review, and sorry the call quality let you down. When the other person can't hear you at all, the usual cause is the browser's microphone permission or another app holding the mic. It's worth checking that first for browser-based calling. Our iOS and Android apps use the phone's own audio and often do better on weak networks. Please email [email protected] with the countries and times of those calls. We can look up each one and see where the audio dropped and issue a refund!

I thought there was a catch
Been using these guys for 6 months. The calls are extremely clear and it doesn't come with the lag some WebRTC software comes with. They are also super cheap. Like dirt cheap. I don't know how Kyle and his team does it but it's been great so far. Their customer support is top notch too.
