On March 4th I provided them product that they paid me $654.82 and on July 17 they are trying to say I never provided them any product after they received and paid me now my PayPal is negative and I don't have the find or means to get it out of the negative I am on disability and I provided them these products and they paid me now they are like throwing me under the bus and I am not able to get through to them and talk to anyone they are ripping me off

Jacob, we’d like to clarify that the March 4 payment was an advance for products you agreed to ship to us. Receiving that payment did not mean we had received the products.
Our documented tracking checks showed “Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item,” and our records show no receipt of this shipment. Our team followed up about the outstanding products, and after approximately four months, we used PayPal’s formal dispute process. PayPal contacted you for information and subsequently closed the case in our favor, refunding the advance payment.
If you have shipping or delivery documentation for this specific transaction, please send it to [email protected] so we can compare it with our records. Any challenge to PayPal’s decision should also be directed to PayPal.

Hi Robert, we take claims like this seriously. After checking our records, we’re unable to locate a transaction, shipment, or customer account under this name.
If this review is connected to an actual order, please contact us directly with the tracking number, name used on the shipment, and any screenshots of communication so we can investigate. If this was intended for a different company, we’d appreciate the review being updated or removed.

HORRIBLE, SHAMELESS, SELFISH, MONEY HUNGRY, LYING SCAM. DON'T LOSE YOUR TIME OR PRODUCT!!!!
This is an absolute waste of time and scam. After practically begging for my G7 Sensors for half price of retail, and me explaining I do not give out personal information or prepaid labels, because each time I have been scammed and lost my product and money. After explaining to Tiffany Gaile, I explained my health situation. I'm in home hospice, in a wheelchair, on a feeding tube, and have IV treatments around the clock. I have no energy to do anything even for myself. She said sorry, but could care less as she continued to promise buying my items and that I need to and can fully trust them. Well after sending her my name, address, and countless photos to confirm how legit and all my sales with positive reviews, AND me actually going outside of my already said comfortable zone, accepted even lower than asking (asking was already 50% off retail and what I paid), price i used energy I do not physically have (my nurse actually helped me), and boxed everything up nicely, took a million pictures and got it ready for post office. All I needed was payment, and I would ship the product off with her label, get the actual receipt from USPS, I offered to send her that too, and at this point we were messaging none stop for HOURS. The end is...."Oh sorry my boss isn't comfortable, and in order for us to make payment (This is already after her offering prepayment from the beginning hours ago), that I will need to ship the items to them first and they have to receive them in order for me to get paid"! If they do this to a man on hospice and me explaining literally every penny of everything we sell is going toward the money for my 2nd lifesaving transplant, imagine how they act with others.
STAY AWARE, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, REPORTING TO FTC, BBB, AND EVERYTHING ELSE.
I have the ENTIRE conversation which includes pictures and everything.

I'm sorry to hear about the bad experience, and apologize on behalf of Tiffany for leaving you feeling frustrated. As I'm sure you're aware there are many scammers online and so when it comes to doing business with a brand new first time customer we do have certain guidelines that we go by in order to qualify a new customer for pre-payment. Paying a customer in advance through Paypal is a big risk on our end as we have been scammed many times by customers that never sent us the shipment after we sent them payment. We are happy to pay you for your products upon receiving the shipment, and for the frustration will even be willing to add on a one time extra bonus payment. My apologies again, and feel free to email us directly to discuss!

Suddenly had payment issues
My ex- wife referred me to this company. They said they paid same day on certain products- products I had. I did the pictures went to library printed out label took pictures of supplies with shipping label sent it in and I gave them my Venmo @ ... Well a couple hours later I get a screenshot they sent the payment to wrong person even though my email phone and @ are all on my profile and normally you confirm the last 4 digits of phone number before you send the $ to make sure it's the right account, I guess they didn't do that. Ok so a couple hours later I get another screenshot & this time right account & it's marked goods and services Perfect! But wait no it's not because I get an email from Venmo that payment won't be released until May 27th... WHAT??? So I call Venmo I'm on the phone my entire lunch break and the agent tells me that the payment was flagged because another payment was sent to wrong account (idk if the company flagged both my account AND the wrong dudes account but they at least flagged 1 of us) so I contact them (text they don't answer the phone any of the times I call them) so I get them to finally respond and its worked out i completely reverse the payment and my ex reluctantly agrees to let them send the payment hold to her account... 24 hors go buy getting anyone to respond is rare and nothing has hit her account. Then this morning they text back and say suddenly Venmo is down won't let them send goods and services payments but PayPal will...except PayPal owns Venmo I call both and both say they had issues for an hour but it's good now however they don't see any attempts at all for a payment to be sent to my ex. I'm pissed. Basically some random dude is going to get my payment if he doesn't send it back and my ex felt so guilty she went ahead and sent me the $ from her own account so they've technically screwed her. Which is really stupid because her part time business is helping families sell medical supplies to support funeral costs and she did HUGE business with American Medical Surplus before they closed an has been looking for another company to replace them and she still does big business with fastcashstrips out of Arizona. So shes tried diabeticstrust with good results for the last 6 months and now Diabetic Buy Back for the first time. If my ex actually gets the payment, I will change the review but I'm not holding my breath and she's too trusting and kind.

Hi Josh, I’m sorry this situation was frustrating. Payment issues are never fun, especially when someone is expecting same-day payment. This was an unusual Venmo/PayPal issue, and our team worked with you and the seller to get everything corrected as quickly as possible.
We’ve since tightened up our payment-verification process so this kind of thing is far less likely to happen again. We appreciate the feedback and wish you both the best.
