BE WARNED!!

BE WARNED!!! This company is not honest. They offer top payment for your supplies but not if they have ANY damage! A slight crease in a corner of a box is considered damage. It’s bullshit. I read that they do this to people so I took pictures of my boxes and shipped them in the exact box and packing that they came in. When they left me, all 9 of my boxes were in perfect condition. They received them and said that 4 of my 9 boxes had damage and I was offered 50% of the original quote for those 4 boxes. This is a scam!!! They offer the highest prices to get you sucked in and then claim that several of them are damaged and offer you 50% of the amount quoted. The pictures they sent me were ridiculous and it looked like the damage came from their employees pulling the boxes out of the shipping box. They wanted me to accept $300 less than quoted. I told them they were wrong and they sent me back the 4 boxes and deducted the shipping from my payment. I turned around and sent them to a competitor who accepted them at 100% (because there was NO damage). This company is very dishonest and their customer service was rude. If you use them, Good Luck!

Hi Karen, We want to provide some context for anyone reading this. All shipments are inspected and photographed upon arrival. In this case, 4 of the 9 boxes showed visible creasing at the time of inspection, which did not meet our published resale condition guidelines. Our assessment is based on the condition of the items as received. In line with our terms, we offered two options: accept adjusted pricing for the affected items, or have the items returned, with return shipping deducted When we weren’t able to reach agreement, the items were returned with tracking provided, and payment was issued for the remaining items. Sellers are never required to accept adjusted pricing. We understand situations like this can be frustrating, and we remain committed to applying our inspection standards consistently and transparently.
