I am POA for sibling and order CGMs from CCS. It is awful. Every 2 weeks they call and want to know last date of endocrinologist visit even though it isn’t overdue for months not weeks. Very frustrating to have to look at calendoar and reorder every 1 weeks. Hate them. Said they can’t see last doctor visit when robot Cals and then said they can’t see it if they call. I told them to look at it and they said they could t help me because robot called. Stay away!!!

Take these reviews very seriously. They lack common sense. Terrible hold times, they asked for my meter serial number and couldn't put 2 and 2 together to see that the wrong sensors were ordered and the provider orders didn't match my reader. They literally HUNG UP on my guardian and RN saying they couldn't talk to them! Here I am waiting 2 month for sensors. Awful company all around.

This company is inept. They call and send messages and you either complete their renewal process only to be contacted a day or two later saying you need to renew to ship your supplies. Or they claim you have to enter the code they send to your phone and then claim it is the wrong code. After trying repeatedly getting and entering codes only to be shut down is ridiculous. Cleveland Clinic is an idiot hooking up with an inept supplier like this. You’re known by the company you keep and Cleveland clinic is chasing billion dollar projects instead of serving their patients/customers.

I am new to CCS Med and had no idea how bad they are until I started experiencing every that has been said in 172 prior poor feedback responses. Everything is bad - wait times, non-responsiveness when you send an email to their helpline, and the final straw is running out of supplies before I am replenished. Is there an alternative to this awful company? Diabetics are at the mercy of their re-supply chain and this one is not working.

This has been going on for 5 weeks and YES you can't talk to anyone by calling them after 2 hours on hold you get hung up on!! I contacted my pump maker and they said that they can not send me supplies because of my Ins. I called them and they put me in contact with CCS medical for the order! Now this is when I had two more sets of supplies. So my Ins company called and passed me over to CCS Medical. They then told me that I would need to send my information so they could verify my Ins information. Then that went on for two weeks and I asked my Dr to call to see what they could do. They called and it moved forward for about a week. I then paid the $400.00 for my supplies, this is what the Ins wouldn't cover. That was on 5/4 and they still haven't shipped the order!!! This has to be THE WORSE supply company in the US!!! They need to FIRE the CEO and the COO! The COO should be held for this! They might be able to pump gas, but the pump might move to fast for them! UPDATE!!! My Doctor and Insurance got together and gave me a new supplier! Edwards Health Care and was contacted on a Thursday and I received all my supplies by Tuesday, this company was able to talk on the phone and overnight my order. This is how it should be!!! Now CCS needs to go under and let other companies that care and able to help people take over!!!

Spent four hours on hold for a call, meanwhile online patient portal does not let me log in. Horrible experience trying to get my diabetic supplies because my new insurance will not talk directly to the manufacturer I’ve been with for 20 years. Absurd and infuriating situation all around. Got hang up on at the end of those 4 hours because the office closed.

Worst company I have EVER dealt with! I have been waiting over a month for diabetic supplies. Have had multiple episodes of being on hold for > an hour at a time. Was on hold one day for 3 hours and 20 minutes, only to have my call disconnected because they closed for the day. Still no resolution. The seriously are the worst!

Three phone calls, on hold each time over two hours and the last time 4 hours before I gave up. Their help line is no help, they don't respond to emails. If you can do everything from the website, its not bad, but never expect to reach a real person in a timely matter.
