My transmitter was out. So I called the following day sept 03,2021. When I called first they clicked on me didn’t even call me back . So unprofessional next I called back they tell me internet is done. Customer service take done my information she says I will give you a call back when the internet comes back … I am still waiting for the call today is sept 10,2021. So I am out of transmitter still I have to pay for o it of pocket the strip because ccs medical can’t do there job !!! I am so done with this company !!!!

Ccs has not sent my diabetes transmitter for over two weeks. They said they would keep me informed, the supervisor would call and keep me up to date. They said twice that it was coming next day air. I still have no device

Ccs medical makes me forget that I have diabetes... not because they make caring for my disease easier but because they send me incorrect supplies and the supplies are weeks to months late so I can’t give myself insulin properly. If you like never receiving help from customer support and being treated like your disease isn’t important choose CCS.

Let’s just say since November 2020 when I was referred to this HORRIBLE company I have received 1, yes 1 supply order. Then, after a mistake y’all made because your customer service agents don’t know how to read notes properly.. canceled my order when they separated the two after 8 months of directing them to..I was literally in the dr office when they told me.. Yes your supplies are being sent. Just to find out a day later.. no because it was canceled you NOW need ANOTHER Dr rx...Why wasn’t this told you me 2 days prior WHEN I WAS WITH THE DR.? I was then charged 25$ to overnight my supplies. Only to find out UPS doesn’t even overnight on Saturday. So I was lied to Wednesday when I was told they were being overnighted. I was lied to and charged Friday for an overnight shipment. By then I was out completely even though I called week prior to that to let them know. Not to mention my full time job now is to micro manage these incompetent people! They kept mixing my sensor order up with my pump supply order. So now I have nothing! Needless to say I’ve been 4days now without my pump and my body is not use to injections so I’m running high then crashing.. all week! Thanks to the “number one supplier of home medical supplies”. What a joke. The problem is your customers have chronic conditions they rely on you for and you could care less about us. Your supervisor aren’t any better either. Everyone should be trained on the same thing. I can call every day of the week and get a different answer and response of what is needed or pending ( as been my experience with your team). HOW DO YOU EXPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO GET YOU WHAT YOU NEED FOR THEIR SUPPLIES IF YOU DON’T EVEN KNOW! DO NOT USE THEM! Respectfully.. type 1 diabetic sitting here still waiting for her second supply order since November of 2020! And no it’s not the insurance it’s not anything but these incompetent people. I’ve been a diabetic for 20 yrs I fully know what is needed and not needed which Is why I call them every freakin day to see what is still needed; so I don’t run into this exact issue.. see we’re that got me. This is they worst company you can use for your diabetes supplies. I tried to refill my pump supplies in January, it as now may 8th I still have never received my supplies. Nothing but the run around. Everything from its my Dr holding it up, to we have to verify your insurance. I only have medicare, how hard is it to do your job. 5 months and no pump supplies and not dexcom supplies. I called walgreens and got my dexcom delivered to my house in 4 days. My pump supplies I got from byraum medical within a week no issues.

I am a Type I diabetic on Medicare. I have used CCS to obtain my insulin pump supplies for the past 2 years without any complaints. In fact they’ve done an excellent job. BUT not so when trying to get a continuous glucose monitor from them. I initially had my doctor provide them with a prescription for this device almost 5 months ago along with clinical notes. At first they maintained that this info was never received in spite of the fact that it was sent repeatedly. Their fax (and other contact numbers) were verified to make sure the information was being sent to the right place. Finally, after 3 months of frustration, I was told the device and all associated supplies would be shipped within 24 hours. However this never happened. At that point I got Medicare involved. They were in with me on a 3-way call to CCS twice. Each time I was told the device was scheduled to be shipped. Long story short, it wasn’t. Today, nearly 5 months after my initial order was placed, CCS called me yet again about my order. After being placed on hold while the rep tried to figure out the problem she told me that they needed clinical notes! This, after being told many times since December that they already had those notes! At this point I told CCS to forget my order. I’ve been waiting for 5 months to receive a piece of equipment to ensure that I don’t die and this is what they do!! They don’t care one bit about how their customers are treated. I have reported my frustration to the maker of the CGM that I had on order and will be notifying Medicare as well. Do not use CCS Medical! I will be continuing to get my pump supplies with them but after they read my review who knows what retaliation to expect? Update: A few days have passed since I wrote this review and now I get a text from CCS Medical that it’s time to reorder my supplies. Thinking that they’re talking about my insulin pump supplies I go to their site to do so. And what do I find? They want to send me the sensors for a CGM! Yet I don’t have the CGM or the transmitter to go with them. 🤣 What a joke! I no longer want a CGM from you people! This company is incredibly incompetent. Do not place an order with them, whatever you do.

We ordered My Dexcom 6 sensor supplies and made sure they had the address to send the supplies to because we wouldn't be at our Florida home. They assured us that they would be sent to our Alabama home address in time. I got a UPS notification that the supplies were being shipped to our Florida address. We called immediately and they said it was shipped yet and it could be pulled and the address changed prior to it going out and it would get to us on time. We called Oct 28 and before 6 PM the tracking shows it was pulled. The Address change completed at 9:22PM but it wasn't shipped until after 9:37PM. My last UPS update says the supplies won't be delivered not until Nov 2, 9PM My sensor expires Fri 30 Oct the day the supplies were to be delivered. Now I have 3 days of no CGM because of this company's incompetence and have to stay in Alabama until the Supplies arrive. I am a very brittle diabetic and the CGM is my lifeline to a semblance of a normal life. We would have been better off just letting the supplies be shipped to Florida. We wouldn't have had to extend our trip and not incurred the added expenses of boarding our dog in Florida and housing in Alabama. As sure as I am of them being incompetent, I am sure they will make no effort to compensate me for what they have put me through.

Beware of this company unless you want to die. On 7/31/20 I started the process of replacing my transmitter for my Dexcom G6. It's now 08/31/20 and still no transmitter however they sent me the sensors to get their payment. What good is a box of sensors without a transmitter? I'm happy they feel my life is not important. They have poor communication with the patient and I pay them for that. That's money well spent.
