I've been waiting over 6 weeks for insulin pump supplies. I've dealt with promises of call backs from agents, being hung up on after being told I'm being transferred to a different department, and my order just disappearing from my account. Absolutely horrendous. Use any other service.

CCS followed the foolish leap into using AI as a gatekeeper to its call center. Big mistake, really big mistake only dwarfed by their agents inability to oversee what this "6 year old," is saying or doing, and not connecting their up and down portal to the customer's records and portal responses. CCS has placed calls with AI agents unconnected to an agent and frankly unnecessary interruptions to my day. They also make a big deal about recording the interaction but I have no confidence anyone ever reviews these conversations

Worst company to work with. Their IT section doesn't know how to process requests from EXISTING CUSTOMERS less alone new. You try to sign in on a page that requests your email. Error message "Cannot fetch". The AI message says to go to the website and sign in. See above for how that is done. Got an email from them with a blue click here message. You click on it and the screen switches and stales for five and nothing. Waited to talk to someone and finally did, she really didn't care OR WAS TIRED OF HEARING. I have been working for over a week to resolve medical order and website. NO ONE HELPS!!

I started 2 weeks ago TRYING to get gcm sensors. They charged my cc the same day. Then they needed a referral which they got 13 days ago, then they needed a rx despite 5 calls now 14 days later now they want dr notes. This is absurd. I canceled my cc payment, closed my account and canceled my order. I will NEVER deal with your pathetic company again and anyone who does gets what they deserve. All for a item that Doesn't require a rx to buy and is sold at any pharmacy. I understand why you have 1star ratings, too bad I can't give you a ZERO STAR RATING

Same thing as many others have stated, you get the run around, all the links they send you don't work. I am type one diabetic and have not received any supplies. This has been going on for at least 2 month now. I escaleted it today and I was told that the correct labs were on another screen? I mean why would any insurance work with this outfit? Only explanation is they want customers to get frustrated so eventually they give up. No one seems to care about a 1 star rating and try to improve on it. At the moment they are trying to connect me to the pharmacy department, because they are reponsible for the sensors, so far 20 minutes and still no luck, thats one department calling another. WOW they hung up on me, went to a voice mail....... Unbelievable

This is a company that if I could give them a ZERO rating, I would. Sending out incorrect medical devices, timing issues with delivery along woth poor billing tactics. The lack of communication consistency is overwhelmingly poor. Simply not a DME company i would recommend.

Such bad customer service and their website is completely broken. I couldn't even get one order of cartridges from them because their entire phone/online system is so trash. I had to transfer over from another medical supply company to get my cartridges. I can usually navigate slightly broken websites, and I have a lot of patience to wait on the phone, but this company still failed. I've wasted multiple hours just trying to figure out if this company even created a customer id for me (couldn't even make it to the part where I could actually place an order for my supplies). It was a lot of back and fourth between waiting insane amounts of hours on hold and trying to register myself on a website that just didn't work, then going back on hold to try and fix that problem (which meant more hours of waiting). I just gave up, and I don't think I've ever done that with these kinds of systems before (I'm very persistent).

When I started with CCS as a customer many years ago, it was excellent customer service. Now I have to stay hours and there is no guarantee somebody will respond to you. They should not charge me, but I got a bill. I will leave CCS if the admin does not fix it. My colleagues and friends complained to me and about leaving the CCS.
