Sent substitute without contacting me
Sent substitute without contacting me. Could not use. Now my money is tied up until they get the return. I could have ordered from Jet & had good items but now I have to wait for refund at their incompetence. Walking on weak, worn crutch tips. Hope I don't slip. Ordered 12 only got 6. Wrong size. They thought it would be acceptable. How 6 acceptable from 12? How is 1 1/2 shorter acceptable. They need a quality control audit.

Please let me know when you get your correct ones from "Jet" I explained to the customer that we substituted with the closest possible sub, since the item he wants are no longer available. We sent the customer a pre-paid return label in his email. I wish you good luck finding the ones you want.

The process of ordering was smooth
The process of ordering was smooth. However, I was told I would receive my package in 2-3 days. I received it 5 days later not counting the weekend. Not sure what happened but this was very inconvenient as my dad was completely out. Jim was helpful and called back to let me know they arrived. If i would have known it was going to take so long, I would have made other arrangements

10. Days, still haven't received my order. Tried to call only to hear that no one was available. Poor custom service. Never again . they took my money. So far no merchandise. .

Our website states you should expect four to seven business days for delivery. Today is the seventh business day since you placed your order. Not to worry, we are cancelling your order and will be refunding the charges to your card, as soon as we have confirmation that your order was not actually delivered.

My order was shipped on Aug 31 I have text them several times to ask where it is and they do not respond. 8599. Is my number. Don't give your email address if you don't want it to be used.

Hello, Sorry but our phone systems do not handle text messages. Also, Hurricane Irma kept us closed for several days. It is helpful if you call us at 1-800-891-9399 to have us track your order. Since you didn't give any specifics in you two star review, we can't even do research to find your order. So, the product you ordered, is a vendor dropship. It will ship directly to you from the manufacturer. We have no tracking information, yet. I have several emails from you. All refer to cancelling numerous duplicate orders that you placed. None ask for tracking of the order that you wanted. Thank you!
