The shipper left out the unit number of my address
The shipper left out the unit number of where I live. Spent half a day on the back and forth run around with FedEx, only to be told I have to contact the shipper to add my unit number. I contacted the supplier and they said they cant modify the shipment since it already shipped. That is complete incompetence if they dont know how to use their shipping resources to correct their mistake. Lastly, I was told to refuse the shipment "once recieved". That is the most idiotic advice I've ever heard as if I could receive it, I wouldn't need to refuse it. And the lack of customer service and support with this kind of stupidity is just unacceptable.

Hi Ben. Thank you for your One-Star review. I can't find your name in our system. The two people who answer our toll-free customer service phone (1-800-891-9399) agree nobody called about any address errors. BTW, if you had actually made an order with us, A: We ship exactly to the address you give. and B: Our sophisticated shipping system won't let us ship to an incomplete address, such as one missing a unit number. I respectfully ask for you to find the real company responsible for your error and remove this one-star review from Diabetesstore.com. Thank you!
