I am so sorry for the inconvenience. We shipped the package on January 15. USPS tracking 9400150206219015568044 indicates the package finally left Florida on January 20. When we choose a shipping partner, we rely on them to uphold their delivery commitments, and the Unites States Postal Service has failed us on this shipment. I apologize for this and have refunded the shipping charges back to your credit card. If you still haven't received the order by Monday, I will reship. Thank you for your patience.

Excellent Online Support & Service
Superb professional customer service experience with John. Very impressed with the quality of service and assistance gained from John.
