You sent an email with a Purchase order on March 4, after hours at 6:19 PM. Our published shipping policy states that you should expect delivery between four to seven business days. March 13 was seven business days. Thank you for your business!

The insulin should be OK as long as the vials didn’t feel hot. If they were close to room temperature when you opened them, they should be OK. According to AI: NPH insulin (intermediate acting) at room temperature Short answer: Most NPH (human) insulin can remain at room temperature (up to 86°F / 30°C) for about 28–42 days after first use, depending on the brand and whether it’s a vial or a pen. ________________________________________ What’s typical • Common brands: Humulin N®, Novolin N® • General range once opened: ~28 to 42 days at room temperature • Unopened: Keep refrigerated; once opened, store per label instructions The exact number of days varies by manufacturer and delivery device, so the package insert or pharmacy label always overrides general guidance. ________________________________________ Important handling tips (especially for NPH) • Gently roll (don’t shake) before use — NPH should look uniformly cloudy • Discard early if you see: o Clumps that don’t resuspend o Frosting or particles stuck to the vial/pen o Exposure to freezing or excessive heat • Keep away from direct sunlight • Never freeze If you have any questions, please give us a call.
