I was a previous subscriber and re-subscribed after a few years to give them a second chance. First go round, things were great the first few boxes, my style, fit great etc. The last couple boxes, they did not read the notes for what I was looking for, sending things that looked cheap, didn't fit and not my style. Cancelled. Last month I decided to try again and give them a second chance. I ordered the fall theme box. Not my style and sent everything back. Second box with 7 items with notes to the stylist that I wanted to create a fall capsule wardrobe to mix and match and that I needed no bottoms. Several little mix and matched and they sent 2 bottoms. I also asked for middle of the road prices and the items sent were not. Sent everything back for this box too. Shipping is slow as they use FedEx. Need I say more. Cancelled my subscription same day. Shame on me for giving them a second chance.

Avoid at all costs. Do not order no matter how tempting.
I thought I would try them out and ordered a special box for vacation. I was told it would ship in 3-5 days. Well, 3 weeks later it still hasn't shipped, and they won't cancel the order. The support crew does answer quickly, but they say the fine print warns you shipment could be delayed, and that is that. I will never trust them with my hard earned money again.

My first order was a massive miss
My first and last order was a massive miss. Trying on the clothes for my family had us rolling with laughter. Somehow the two tops and dress made me look significantly bigger in a way I’ve not experienced before. It made me appreciate the clothes I already have. There was one pair of jeans that I looked up, as the “keep” price seemed quite inflated. Dia is asking a FIFTY percent markup compared to the exact same pair from the brand site. I returned the complete box, only to be repeatedly charged $354 for its entire contents. I tried to email my concern and received a suspicious “let’s make sure this is really your account” email reply. I tried communicating with the “agent” you can text on the site and also got nowhere. Replies took 5 minutes, or more, or not at all. In my experience, this site is a COMPLETE SCAM and money grab. The clothes alone are truly hideous. Billing practices are blatantly corrupt. I wish I had come across a warning review before signing up… I have tried stitch fix in the past. I am RUNNING back!

I signed up for one month to try out…
I signed up for one month to try out Dia & Co. The box of clothes I received was almost all horrendous in quality, the jeans were paper thin, the fabrics were almost all synthetic, unbreathable and cheap feeling. In addition to quality concerns, I ordered a box for April - I received a long sleeved maxi dress and a red and green flannel tunic - both very clearly not seasonally approprite in the western hemisphere for spring. Lastly, every item I received was out of fashion, barring one top, which was fairly cute, but too big. But the majority of the clothes looked like they were straight out of 2013 plus size fashion. Ugly paisley prints, weird open back cross blouses. They looked like things I would have found at Ross more than a decade ago, and the majority of the items were priced at well over $80. Very disappointing that a service aimed to help plus size people find their style and clothes that fit and they feel good in would be sending out items that follow every trope about ugly plus size clothing options. They also did not follow any of the requests I put in for the stylisting. Now that we have covered the clothes, let's cover the billing - I rated my items and sent them back within the timeframe specified and they still charged $260 to my card because they hadn't received the tracking info form Fedex yet. Now because they charged me for the items I already told them I was returning, I have to wait for Fedex to deliver the package to them, for them to process it AND then 3 to 5 days to get my money back. I have tried three other styling services and this is BY FAR the worst one.

Horrible experience
I signed up for a sub box after reading about personalized picks, stylists sending you previews, being allowed to veto poor choices. Sounds great! I double checked whether or not they price match... this is key here! I've used other services in the past who put clearance items into the package and charged full MSRP price and wouldn't budge, even though the item was being sold for a 1/4 of the price on the manufacturer website. Everything looked great! After signing up for the monthly, I waited, and waited and waited for an update. Meanwhile, I was exploring the site & see the offer to try some of their themed edits for free! No risk! Cool! I had filled out the survey and sent a stylist a note letting them know NOTHING BAGGY, no tight necklines, crazy floral patterns, jeans with embellishments. "TREND" box arrives ASAP...baggy nylon wide leg slacks. The type that do not breathe, stretch, give AT ALL. I was itchy and sweaty 2 seconds into trying them on. 2 humongous flower covered maternity shirts that look like they came from the Kohls Clearance rack for $6 and still no one wants them. Hideous. $67 & $50! A ginormous black dress, my husband busted out laughing when I came out wearing it...."Who died? An Amish person? Are you going to an Amish funeral?" (No offense to the Amish, please, but you get the picture.) Don't forget the geometric diamond print jeans! WoooHoooo! Disco era! Nothing trendy about this box, I was horrified. I emailed Dia and said, "ummmmmmm hello. It's been a couple weeks and no word on my box. I need to speak to my stylist, because this trend box was awful and no one listened to me or sized me correctly." She says, "As soon as we receive the Trend box back, we'll get your subscription out." The website said you could have multiple edits out at once, had I known that wasn't true, I wouldn't have wasted my time with the random box. Annoying, but whatever. A couple weeks later they tell me my box has shipped. WHAT!? I never spoke to the stylist, never saw a preview, picked pieces. Reach out again, where was my stylist, my choices, my preview. "Your first box is random, we only offer that option for subsequent boxes." I was really aggravated and had a very bad feeling. Box arrives, random sizes & assortment of clearance type junk. A potato sack maternity top, another Amish funeral dress 3 sizes too big, a pair of humongous, shapeless baggy brown pants, a lace top (pretty, but had pulls in it already), a pair of jeans for $80 that were their own in house brand. If I wanted to drop $80 on jeans I would go with Vigoss or Kut from the Kloth. I thought the purpose of in house brands was to make them more affordable. Now onto the craziest part. The cardigan. Their site says that they will honor price matches provided it's sold by a reputable site, same exact size & color. I didn't want anything in this box, but didn't want to be out the stylist fee of $30. So I look up the cardigan trying to find reviews, I find it on Clearance on the merchants website for $27. I contacted them and sent them the link screenshots etc. "We don't price match" WHAT!? YES YOU DO. Google says you do. Countless subscription unboxing sites say you do. This is very misleading. "Well we don't." I threw a fit and told them via email to cancel my subscription. Meanwhile, a internet savvy friend sent me a link to their literal website where it says they absolutely price match. That's when I go on the page and fill out a formal help ticket vs just emailing customer service.... click the drop down menu for the list of options for why I need help and lo and behold, one of the pre filled options is REQUEST A PRICE MATCH. I contacted their online live support right then and there. This lady offers me one as "a one time courtesy". I head into my account to cancel the subscription myself. A pop up shows up. "We are so sorry we let you down, let us style your next box completely free! We'll also let you guide the stylist by picking your first 4 pieces and then before shipping, you'll receive a preview and provide your stylist with feedback". This is exactly what I was expecting when I signed up. Yes! I decided to accept the offer. I didn't circle back to email them, I figured if customer service went into the account they would see the attempted cancelation and me opting for the free box and my updated 4 picks for the next box which I requested they send me right away. An hour later I get a message, "We closed your account per your request." I asked them to reinstate it with the free box and my 4 choice items. They claim they can't see any free box offer. I said, surely you know how your website works. Someone isn't happy and cancel, and the site automatically offers a free box. I'm sure I'm not the first customer so get this offer. No one will help me. They sent me a coupon for $10 off. I'm absolutely livid.

I don't know what has happened to this company
I don't know what has happened to this company - it used to be good. I ordered a pair of jeans a couple of months ago. I never received them. I'm in Illinois - they were delivered to an address in California. Dia refunded my $, and I reordered them on April 4th. Once again, no tracking information is available for me to see. I called the company yesterday. The tracking # They gave me shows they are on there way to another name and address in the state of Washington. Dia blames FedEx, FedEx said they are being shipped to the address Dia gave them. I spent a whole morning on the phone, going back & forth between the two companies. Since the order information does not show up on my Dia account, it's obviously their error again. Needless to say, they have lost my business.

Returning customer will never order again
I was a returning customer and had previously had a great experience. I received my order and have items to return - only to find out that they now only ship back FEDEX (previously they used USPS). I don't have a FedEx within 100 miles and customer service said I should have read the FAQ about shipping before ordering. Their only solution is for me to pay out of pocket to ship back the items. On top of that, all the items were the wrong size. Do not order from this company

Not good for petite customers.
I received numerous boxes from Dia and only kept 3-4 items in total. I was excited about a pair of pants and some jeans that were way too long but fit otherwise. I kept them with the intention of getting them hemmed. (both still in my car waiting to find available tailor/ seamstress for alterations)
My first box I really didn’t know about the exchange option. The jeans were expensive and I found the pants. They were more expensive than their list price, and I discovered they made the pants in petite after the fact. I kept a sweater, a cute draped sweater (really too long, but I loved the colors). All other clothing was just aggravating. Didn't fit well, I would think “the stylist” would start to figure out what worked in time, but every box had a different stylist listed. If you are petite do not use this service.
