ZERO stars. This is the worst shipping company I have ever used. My very small parcel, a padded letter, took 4 days from Manhatten to New Jersey, where it is still lingering since 2 days before it, hopefully, get's shipped to Tokyo. Customer service is non-existent, a sham compared to the competition.

Why does anyone choose this world's-worst service? I have no idea. Shipped in the USA and deliver in the USA. Destination is only 130 miles away from the sender. It took nearly two weeks for my package to reach me. When you totally give up hope, and then wait a little while longer, then and only then it MIGHT show up.

DHL lost my package and customer service second to none for being the worst. We, the person who was to receive the package and I, spent scores of hours with emails, stuck on phone tree voice recordings, waiting for call backs and emails from 12 DHL employees from 4 different countries. The package (an I phone) never made it out of the country it was sent from. Try to figure the logic of that? I asked why this Iphone was packed in a box so big that 30 other phones could have easily fit in and the phone only had one wrap of bubble wrap on it with no cushioning such as air pouches or peanuts. This question was asked to many people at DHL but no answer. After 6 weeks of the express package not reaching the ETA, I disputed the charge on my phone. I did contact the CEO of the company and things went from bad to worse.

I agree with the low ratings, they don't even own up to their own mistakes, I have learned that paying extra for shipping via UPS is worth every cent all the other "delivery" carriers can't even follow through with their 1 responsibility and that is DELIVERING !! This is my 1st and last time with DHL they are a JOKE!!!!

My packet have stayed in same place, no movement for 6 days!!!!! Customer “service” dont reply on why, tey send tracking link that still show it has not moved!!!! This is a birthday present i ordered more than 2 weeks ago! There is no service here!!!!!
