Worst shipping company to use between Germany and the U.S.. The unprofessional service starts at the post office, and unfortunately continues on with their so called Customer service reps who lack the training to deal with their every day issues of lost parcels. You can call yourself lucky if your parcel/package makes it to the destination on time and still has all the items in it. Even with a tracking number, your shipment will most likely not be traceable even for DHL employees. If you use DHL for your shipping needs, buy a lottery ticket as well you might have a better chance of winning the lottery then getting your shipment on time and in one piece.

No human representative. They got my package Feb 12th not going to be delivered until the 21st. My package is coming from Texas to Chattanooga tn so don't use these people if you want your package

Ordered from California to ship to Utah, payed extra for dhl to get it here faster. Still haven't received it, Dhl shipped it to ohio. Maybe it's time dhl trys something other then delivering packages. Will never us Dhl again.

I live in the UK but ordered an item from the USA 5 weeks ago and paid the import duty on ordering. To date I am still awaiting delivery and the tracking info does not show that it has left the USA yet. Diabolically slow at the best and lost at the worst.

I don’t know why these guys message you at 7am to tell you your parcels being delivered between 8:30/9:30am, I’ve been waiting a week for this package, and that wasnt enough notice because of the delay (they don’t deliver on weekends either) these guys suck, that is all.

Horrible service! My mom spent $230.000 COP (that is a lot of money there) because they said it was going to be delivered on the 20th. I called and they said: "sorry, it hasn't moved from the office. They haven't tried to deliver it, but we can't see why. Each driver is different!" WHAT? really? so the drivers are the ones who decide when to deliver? Incredibly disrespectful and inefficient. They said they were going to schedule a delivery today but couldn't guarantee it because the drivers already left for today. Exactly, and my package should be in the truck!!! They said I could go pick it up if I want to. I have no other words to describe it. Horrendous service.
