This is THEE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER. I never receive any of my items on time. And can't get through to anyone and when u do they act clueless. I hate this company

If you are a company, please DO NOT use DHL. If you do, put up warning signs so no one ever buys mail order items from you. In three decades, I have not had one successful delivery from DHL. I was home, too. They claim they tried to deliver. They did not. Months ago I ordered $60 worth of harmless, food-based, natural health products from a company in Singapore. I am in the Western US. The company used DHL. For some reason, the shipment went through Europe and New York City, or so I'm told. I received the empty box with a notice inside saying the items had been seized and destroyed by customs in NYC. They were harmless sterile bottled soup concentrate. If they were really prohibited, could not DHL, an "expert" in international shipping, have warned us? There are many Asians where I am. If the product had gone through customs here, maybe it would have gotten through. There would have been less racist hysteria against Asian products. I wonder if the product did go from Singapore to Europe to NYC when it was intended for a much closer destination. Is that a cover story intended to confuse people? Where do DHL's deliveries go? I never get them.

Finally delivered after one month of daily tracking delivery inquires by phone and email - I received numerous lies about the whereabouts of the package and reasons why they hold and do not deliver it : “Restructed shipping address, insufficient employees, pandemic, lost package, unable to locate package, 4th of July holiday delivery delay, too many packages” Every day I called to check on the package that my customer waits for, and to be lied to about why they do not redeliver it. I even asked them to deliver it to an alternate address since they did not want to deliver it to the original address - and they did not do that either. Never again using DHL to ship to my customers!!!

Poor performance still my package are in custom.. no update from them even i already give up some of my vitamins.. i already did my part give them all the documents they ask.. how long would took them to decide when to give it to me (dhltaiwan)the customer service are so bad. Also dhlphilippines they should not allowed over bottled of vitamins if its really not allowed.. i want to mocked them..😡😡😡 im almost Also in some of my package they give so high tax.. if only post office are open i will not use dhl these should be the last time

Waiting a month for a package they say is stuck in a warehouse in Melrose IL. They said to contact the merchant for another. What if they dont give it to me and it get stuck? Are they trying to get my stuff and sell it?? What is I cant get a replacement? Who pays they price I DO. Do not use these people.

This company is a massive scam. They hold your parcels and claim there are import duties to be cleared, asks you to provide proof for exempt. Then without informing you of the outcome, your parcels would be with you very shortly. Guess what? Then a massive bill is being sent to you because they claimed to have paid the duties for you. Then DHL would outsource debt collection agents to hunt you down with a snowballing interest rate on that said outstanding charge. I paid good extra money for DHL to be the courier when I purchased my items, did not expect DHL to be double or even triple charging AFTER SALES.

I find out DHL driver due to many packages delivery in one day they email me the date i suppose to received my package address not known i have to call office i am so disappointed to have all kind of tech. to dey GPS and cell phone in USA and driver not to find my address that total BS

DHL is one of the most unprofessional companies out there. I order items from all over the world and some sellers use DHL (unfortunately) and none of the parcel get to me. Here is what DHL does, once it gets to customs the parcel sits there for as long as possible, they will then blame the recipient claiming (in this case me) for not being available. I call write emails, literally beg but without fail they send it back. Needless to say that this is not good for a business relationship. Any other parcel service like UPS I have no issues whatsoever. Avoid at all cost. There is a reason why amazon avoids working with them.
