The took a lot of charges from me for clearing the customs, I wish there was other companies doing it better

They’ve taken more than a month to get my package sent and I’ve been calling every business day telling them to get it delivered and they’ve been very rude and unprofessional during these phone calls. I definitely do not recommend

They can’t deliver my package to the right place can’t even get ahold of customer service and every slow I wouldn’t send anything out with them very irresponsible company or divers

DHL has become the worst shipping company ever, lying to all their customers why they're late with delivery, one fake excuse after another. 1st it's that it takes 24-48 hrs to register that import duty taxes have been paid (BS! Why would they schedule a delivery if that hasn't been registered?!?!), then it's that it's too late for delivery, then it's that the local station couldn't make the delivery even though the person who requested the delivery said that it would be made, then it's that it has to be re-registered, then it's that the customer has to do pick-up at the local station instead, then it's that the pandemic has really severed their services, on and on and on, one lie and fake news after another. DHL readily uses the pandemic as an excuse, but the truth of the matter is that the pandemic has been affecting EVERYONE, so boohoo, suck it up, DHL. UPS and Fedex have stepped up and don't use the pandemic as an excuse because they are a professional company who wants to survive. Apparently, DHL is not professional and is not handling the situation well, so why don't you just give up, DHL??? That would save us alot of problems in that we don't have to give our precious packages to you anymore bc you treat your customers and our packages like dirt.

I would have given zero if it's possible.My transcript meant for admission has been sitting in their offices (WASHINGTON - RONALD REAGAN NATIONAL, DC - USA) for a month and they always tell same lie each and every day. After paying for express shipping they care less. Just use any other service other than DHL cos those folks are unprofessional and they suck. they are taught to lie . Just avoid using them if you need peace. My admission deadline is almost over and they have my transcript sitting with them.

TERRIBLE. My package has taken over a month to arrive and I still have no idea where it is. Every time I try to get in contact with a representative over the phone, I am put on hold for over an hour. I am very unimpressed with the service.
