Nicole, Thanks for the review. Every company has a return policy that is suitable for their business. We do not accept opened products as it is of no use once a product has been used. We tried contacting you twice to help assist you through the cleanse and we were unsuccessful in speaking with you. Hi Rhonda, We have thousands of customers that do the cleanse, vomiting is a rare thing that occurs while using the product. Your diet and the condition of your health prior to the cleanse plays a major role in why this might have happened to you. Hello and thanks for the review. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We did experience a printing issue on some of our booklets, that has been corrected. Most of the customers who received booklets that were misprinted reached out to us directly for the corrected version. The misprint of the booklets has no reflection on our products.
