Hi Joyce, Thank you for the review. We see that you received your order on August 29th that included the detox formula. On our website, under the "how to use" section it explains that this product must be taken for at least 4-6 weeks for results. Taking supplements alone are beneficial to your body, but not as rapidly effective as changing your diet and doing an actual cleanse or detox program.

If you followed the diet and the regimen exactly then you should have seen results. When your detoxing your eliminating waste and toxins from your body, it's just our suggestion that you don't participate in sexual activity because of the exchanging of fluids. Processed and cooked foods lack the enzymes and nutrients that are beneficial to our bodies, which is why the raw food diet most resourceful while cleansing. Jesus, You reached out to us for our recommendation in which product you should take for your condition. Unfortunately you did not take us up on our suggestions and decided to order other products. Based on the medical history you have, going to the hospital was not solely based on the products you purchased from us.

If customers do not contact us then we're unable to provide the type of help that can assist them through the cleanse. Your husband's sickness could have been from the diet he was keeping prior to the cleanse. When you stick with the regimen and diet together it does not cause illness,.

Rita, We're always here to help our customers whenever they find that something is not going right for them. Over the course of 20 days you never contacted us for any assistance or concerns with your cleanse. If you've been eating nothing but fruits and vegetables under the raw food diet it's impossible to not loose any weight. When the diet is not followed it makes the regimen less effective. Bowel movements are a direct effect of what you eat. When you don't consistently eat vegetables then your bowel movements will be inconsistent. The only problems that can interfere with weight loss are thyroid issues or menopause, due to unbalanced hormonal levels.
