Hi, Thanks for the review. On the actual page of the product we have the diet regimen listed under the product details which states: 1)a basic dietary regimen (which is all RAW FOODS based – no cooked foods can be eaten during the Full Body Cleanse), We also provide raw food recipes and food charts on the website to give more detail of what the diet entails.

Thanks for your review. Upon receiving the cleanse we do encourage customers to read the instructions so that they can adjust they're schedules or plan better for their cleanse. Because your body is eliminating toxins and waste there is an increase in how many times you use the bathroom. Our customer service department is here for support. Thanks for the review. Everyone's body reacts differently to the cleanse. Sticking to the raw food diet that we recommend is for the best results and to successfully have your body functioning in a healthy way. The diet portion of the cleanse can be difficult, but its a psychological matter to overcome, which you have to some extent. We suggest that you finish the cleanse and stick to the diet we recommend to experience the best results.
