My wife and I did the cleanse together. Neither she nor I were happy with the results. We cleaned out the refrigerator and the pantry. Then we bought organic raw fruits and vegetable to last the term of the cleanse. We took the "30" pills a day and only ate the uncooked food. When it was all done after 45 five days she lost 3lbs I lost 5. She lost and ½ in in wrist and hip I didn’t lose any inches. We didn't have any energy to work out or any energy to do any extra physical activity. I know everybody is different and weight loss is different I was expecting more. Dherds needs to develop a shorter cleanses and program that includes COOKED food. I’m sorry I wish I could recommend this to others but I can.

It made me sick and I don't appreciate not being able to get my money back if I send back the unused portion. I was sick the very next day and I called and all the representative could tell me is to stop for a couple of days and restart again. I did it but I still felt the same way. Everything isnt for everyone. I didnt have any problems with the representative so my ratings is not for her it's for the product itself

Being sick from the herbal supplements is something that rarely occurs, as your body tries to rid itself of something within. We try our best to assist our customers through issues like these, but you must be open to our help as we've encountered situations similar and know how to assist with solutions. Unfortunately we do not give refunds on opened products.

I did the cleanse for the entire 3 weeks. I feel exactly the same as I did before. It was a complete waste of my money and time.

This cleanse is designed to specifically help your body rid itself of infections and viral ailments. The success with this cleanse doesn't necessarily have to be measured based on how you feel, but more so what you achieved health wise.

Hi Antionette, Thank you for the review. Our refund policy only allows customers to return products within 15 days after receiving it. When you spoke with Brenda in regards to a return, your order was already 30 days pass receiving it. Brenda happens to be the head of our customer service department and couldn't assist you with your request. Even though Brenda was unable to fulfill your request, our CEO did grant you a partial refund.

This stuff is so confusing. I started out taking the cleanse as directed and it made me violently sick. When I emailed the site I was told to take less than directed and gradually increase the dose until I get back up to 5. The cleanse also recommends enemas and special water to buy. All of which seems impossible to do for 20 days while trying to work a real job. I would not recommend this cleanse to anybody.

Hi Marianne, Your body will always react to any change within your diet or lifestyle which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Based on your review, it sounds like you just weren't ready to commit to a 20 day lifestyle change. We adjust the intake of the capsules based on customers needs. The things mentioned in the booklet are not required, they're just recommendations to help enhance customers experience with the cleanse and detoxing. I took the pills I stay away from junk food and nothing happen no weight lost I weight 210 pounds I'm trying to get to 170-175 but the pills doesn't work I just stop using them

Hi Falcao, Thanks for sharing your review. Unfortunately eliminating junk food out of your diet alone is not the diet the cleanse requires you to keep. As the product states, it requires you to keep a raw food diet that only consists of fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. In order for the cleanse to be effective you must keep up with diet in addition to taking the daily supplements. The capsules and the raw food compliment each other, one does not work without the other. The diet is commonly misunderstood as some customers think that the capsules will still be effective regardless of diet.

I feel like when selling any kind of product for detox the company should include best ways to use it. Don't leave it up to the customer to search for best way to use. Not good at all.

Hi Latonya, Your feedback is appreciated. We see that your order only consisted of the Detox formula which is a product that does not require a booklet of instructions. The instructions can be found on our website in addition to it being on the back of the bottle. This supplement is not a full detox program, it does helps detox the body however it is not equivalent to an actual cleanse or changing your diet to help detox your body. All of our cleanses require a particular diet in addition to taking the supplements.
