Hey Tiffany, this is not a common cleansing symptom. Did you have any health ailments prior to cleansing?

Hey Stacie, some of the symptoms such as urination, headaches, and cramping can occur to some cleanses. Since you are increasing your water intake, you should anticipate an increase in your bathroom schedule. Also, some people experience headaches from not eating enough. Since the body is used to working hard to break down processed foods, it tend to burn through the raw diet fast. This is why we suggest at least 5 meals per day. Did you have less frequent bowel motions before cleansing? When waste is backed up, cramping can occur as the fecal matter starts to break up.  Gas pocket releases and waste attached to the walls of the colon can cause these kind of pains.  Detox symptoms only last for the first few days of cleansing. Did you have any preexisting health conditions? In the future, please call (866) 434-3727 where we have cleanse experienced staff on hand to help you work through any problems or questions while cleansing.

We have a full staff on hand to help when a customer is not experiencing their desired results. Sometimes there is confusion with the pill schedule or even the diet guidelines. This is why our return policy stands. We cannot guarantee results because we cannot control whether our customers will follow the pill schedule and diet that's recommended. Hi Li, Thank you for your review. Your bowel movements and how often they occur, vary based on what you're consuming. Diabetes is a condition that is directly related to the diet you keep over the course of time. After eating foods that are different than your prior diet, your body does react to the change. We understand that the regimen and diet can be a big transition as a person with a condition, but it's something you have to be open to. We're still here for you if you need our assistance.
