I was initially shocked at how many pills were part of the regimen, being that I don't like to pop a pill AT ALL. I thought perhaps my system wouldn't be able to handle it. I gave it a shot and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. I didn't even gag when taking so many pills. The full raw veggie plan wasn't as hard to stick with, although, I did cheat twice and incorporated grilled chicken in my salad. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a healthy life style change. I did not have any loss of energy. I felt very good the entire time.

Dherbs has saved my life. I truly believe that. I wanted something that would regulate my body, especially my blood pressure. It was 185/95 I was a heart attack just waiting to happen. I felt sluggish and had pressure in my head. I had heard about the product almost a year and felt like I couldn't afford to purchase it, but what I realized one night sitting at the computer with this pressure in my head, that I could not afford to not purchase it if I wanted to live. After 3 weeks and 15lbs and blood pressure down 30 pts!! The bp pressure still need to drop more for me to be in the normal range but I'am on my way and I feel excellent, no pressure, no pain. My husband and I did the 20 day detox together and yes it was challenging, but we were committed to make it to the finish line. Although, my husband found it to be more challenging than I did, but I think that was because I planned to do detox and he jumped in without preparing his heart and mind. For me, I think pre-planning made it easier. I stayed focused on taking 5 days at a time. Days 1-5 were the hardest. Days 6-10 not too bad, days 11-15 we were in there and I knew we could make it. I did have temptation here, but I (we) are stronger than we think. Days16-20 the home stretch...WE MADE IT! I am so happy to be on this side of the 20 day detox. Done, done and done! Now that we are post 20 days I have received many compliments of how "well" I look. I lost 10 pounds and my husband 15 #. The weight loss will greatly depend on your size, but I am happy for the jump start. I feel lighter on the inside. I do anticipate on doing the maintenance phase because I like what I see and how I feel. If you are planning to do the detox, plan, pray and prepare you will not regret it. Be well.

I purchased the Anti-Viral cleanse. I'm still within my 20 days of the cleanse so I cant speak to the effectiveness of the product. What I can say is the instructions are well written and easy enough to follow. My issue, which may not be an issue to most, is the weight loss. I didn't want to loose weight I'm already thin so I wasn't looking forward to loosing any weight. I did contact the herbalist and they assured me that the weight I lost was unneeded weight and that I wouldn't loose more than I needed to. I really enjoy the baths. Sticking to the diet is difficult but not impossible. I planned my meals and recipes a month before I started the cleanse and it was still hard but I'm doing it. I'm looking forward to not having to swallow 30 (no exaggeration) pills a day. The pills are working I can really see the difference in my skin and bowel movements and energy. The main cleanse takes place between 7am and 7pm so after 7pm daily you are not taking any pills, your just resting. So far so good. I will buy again

My mother passed in the middle of my 20 days, so needless to say I went way off track. But I plan to start again next week because just in the short period of time I was on it, I saw and felt results. I have recommended the cleanse to others

DHerbs I know its been a while for me to get back in touch with you, but I have been very busy working day and night and weekends, but I really enjoy taking DHerbs it takes discipline and responsibility in just taking the supplement every day when you suppose two, I learn my discipline in The Nation Of Islam it really help, I feel great and more energy, I don't go two the bathroom at night so far at this time, I am 60yrs old and before I use to get up twice a night, I have loss weight and I looks great, I eat just fruits and vegetables, and I would like to know can I take the DHerbs again right now or later.
