Hi James, We offer a flat shipping rate for all orders. You can order as much or as little as you prefer and it's still the same price. Our shipping program is beneficial for the majority of our customers, but we do understand that it's not always accommodating for those who are just ordering one product. We do our best to offer discounts and incentives to help our customers with pricing.

There were a lot of pills to take every few hours totaling 30 pills a day which was a lot for me. I would like to see a simpler process with far fewer pills. Due to the number of pills I was unable to do the program as recommended...

There's various ways people use to remind themselves to take the capsules such as alerts on your devices, on your computer, or by adjusting it to your own schedule. I recently completed the weight release program and only released 8 lbs. Overall, the cleanse experience was good but I think should have completed this one after the Full Body Cleanse I did back in March 2014, maybe I could have gotten better results or should have done the Full Body Cleanse again.

I expected to lose at least 20 lbs while doing the cleanse, unfortunately, I lost a combination of 8 lbs after doing the full body and weight lost cleanse. I felt very energized, which was a good thing, because I was always feeling sluggish. I think if I had exercised the entire time I would have lost more weight. My over all experience was good, not excellent because I didn't accomplish my desired weight lost.

Cecilia, Thank you for the review. Your diet and health condition prior to cleansing makes a difference in how much weight loss you encounter. Sticking to the diet and regimen also plays a major role in how much success you had loosing weight. Certain factors make weight loss harder to achieve, but you did have success with loosing some. We're happy to hear that is was beneficial in more than one way for you.

Unfortunately we cannot assist customers who do not reach out for help. Eating vegetables and fruits in it's most natural form does not cause the symptoms you experienced. I really cannot tell you if it works or not. I opted for the liquid but I found it difficult to maintain the regimen while working since it meant carrying all the little bottles with me along with the raw food. If you commute as I do, you may want to try the pills and put them in a labeled pill case. You also need to be near a restroom since the process increases the frequency of urinating.
