Anita, We provide all the information needed for the cleanse upfront on our website and through our customer service reps. All of our customers are aware of the modified diet required for the cleanse. If you were unsure of what the diet consisted of, contacting us for more information would have been the best way to get more insight. We provide numerous recipes on the site and meal examples in the booklet in addition to explaining what the diet consists of before purchase. There's nothing dangerous about detoxing, it gives people a way to cleanse their bodies.

Hi Morressa, The supplements for women's health is effective for most, but it does vary based on your health and diet. Because your going through those changes your body can be receptive or resistant. You contacted us back in May to get our recommendation on herbal products that will help assist with your changes in life. We suggested that you do the full body cleanse followed by the female cleanse. When we reviewed your purchase history we see that your order didn't follow our suggestions. Doing the female cleanse after the full body would have been more ideal in achieving better results versus using individual supplements.

Getting sick from the product is rarely because of the herbs. Your eating habits before cleansing plays a major role in the first day. If you were eating foods that weren't good for your health days before, your body attempts to rid itself of the waste once you start the herbal regimen. We're still willing to help you with cleanse. Hello and thank you for the review. Results do vary as everyone's body is different. Your body has it's own intelligence, it won't allow you to loose necessary weight that you need based on your height and weight ratio. If your eating habits prior to the cleanse was similar, than you might not have benefited from the detox as much as others usually do. We always encourage customers to finish the cleanse because results can occur anytime.
