I did the 21 day liquid detox and it's great in cleaning out your system. If you're looking for a product to yield the results you're seeking and willing to follow the steps it's so worth it.

During my cleanse I lost a total of 16.lbs in 20 days. Vegetable juice in the morning, banana, apples, nuts and water was my meal for the day. When I got hungry I made a large salad and sprinkled it with raw pumpkin seeds. What a delight, I took my pills faithfully every two -three hours and drank my charcoal at night. I noticed my hot flashes are gone and I have a different outlook on life when it comes to what i eat on a daily basis.
