Dharma delivers what they promise - Great processing rates, no hidden fees or charges quietly added to my bill. Integrity and honesty are difficult to find in the merchant service world. Dharma also has good staff support. Being a bookkeeper, I have dealt with many different processors in different types of business. Dharma is definitely the best.

Everything has been great with them so far. Customer service has been excellent. They quickly addressed any concerns we had. I would highly recommend them.

Fair fees, transparent cost structure, excellent customer service. They walk the talk as a socially conscious organization as well. I have been with them for many years, and am very grateful to have found them.

We love working with Dharma Merchant Services! Their values align with ours, they care about us as customers, are friendly when we call with questions, and give us a great price. We honestly couldn't be happier, and no one is paying us to say that!

Dharma Merchant Services is one of the best companies we have ever done business with! Every single person we have interacted with has been friendly, understanding, efficient, and effective. They have always gone out of their way to make sure they've answered every question and solved every problem we've ever thrown at them. And on top of all that, their fees are quite competitive!

Transparent and less expensive than our previous processor.
Alex
Transparent and honest company with great customer service. I recommend to anyone I know that uses payment processing.

We've had several processors over 20 years and Dharma is by far the best. Rates are very competitive, they don't go up unexpectedly, and customer service is great. Even better is the company's philosophy. This company does not act like a bank--a welcome and refreshing change from all the others we've suffered with. Thanks, Dharma!
